1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at bodyshopleads.com (the "Site"), operated by SM ETE LLC, doing business as BodyShopLeads ("BodyShopLeads," "we," "our," or "us").

The Site itself is informational. Client engagements are governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work between BodyShopLeads and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an agreement. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of communications at any time.

5. Free Tools

The Site may offer free tools, such as our VIN decoder. These tools are provided for general informational purposes only, on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information they return, and their output should not be relied upon as professional, mechanical, or legal advice.

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
